Delivery Policy
Delivery areas and charges
We deliver across South Africa to addresses supported by our couriers. We use The Courier Guy or another suitable courier for large or heavy items. Rural or remote deliveries and large or heavy orders may require a separate delivery quote. All delivery charges must be confirmed before payment. Where an order requires separate parcels, their delivery charges are combined into the delivery total.
Dispatch and transit
Your order may arrive in separate parcels, with tracking information provided when available. We aim to dispatch within three working days after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time is additional. If preparation takes longer, we will email you with an updated estimate. An order confirmation does not confirm payment or dispatch.
Delivery issues and updates
If we cannot supply a paid item, we will contact you to arrange a refund. Waiting for restock, an alternative product or store credit requires your agreement. Please provide an accurate email address, complete delivery address and reachable contact number.
Contact us promptly through Contact Us if an address needs correcting or a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect. Order updates and return arrangements are sent by email.
